In October 2025, we received an inquiry from a leading construction and integrated service company based in Guyana. The company is well known in the local marine engineering, port construction, dredging, and oil & gas infrastructure sectors. As their business expanded into Oman and other Gulf countries, they required a reliable heavy-duty Boat Lifting Crane solution for a new marine service project.
The project was managed by CEO Komal Singh and the company’s engineering procurement team. Their goal was to customize a 300 ton Boat Lifting Crane capable of safely handling large yachts, commercial vessels, and maintenance boats in a busy dock environment.

Customer Requirements for the Boat Lifting Crane
During the first project meeting, the customer explained that the new marina and maintenance area would handle different vessel sizes every day. They needed a mobile boat lifting crane with stable lifting performance, flexible steering, and strong corrosion resistance for long-term coastal operation.
The main requirements included:
- Safe lifting for yachts and work boats up to 300 tons
- Flexible operation inside limited dock space
- Stable hydraulic synchronization during lifting
- Low maintenance costs for long-term marine use
- Reliable performance in high-humidity and salt-air environments
The customer had also compared several marine travel lift manufacturers and boat hoist suppliers from Europe. However, high transportation costs and long lead times became a challenge for the project schedule.
Customized 300 Ton Boat Lifting Crane Solution
After reviewing the dock layout drawings and vessel specifications, we recommended a customized mobile boat lifting crane designed specifically for marina and shipyard operations.
La solution comprenait :
- Heavy-duty steel structure for large boat lifting applications
- Adjustable lifting slings for different yacht hull shapes
- Hydraulic synchronous lifting system for improved safety
- Anti-corrosion coating suitable for marine environments
- Remote control operation and safety monitoring functions
- Multi-wheel steering system for narrow dock movement
To help the customer better understand the equipment performance, we provided lifting calculations, operating videos, and technical drawings for the marine crane system.

One important discussion focused on the turning radius of the Boat Lifting Crane. Because the dock area had limited operating space near the maintenance platform, the customer wanted better maneuverability without reducing lifting stability. After several technical meetings, our engineering team optimized the steering structure and wheel configuration to improve movement efficiency inside the shipyard.

Production Process & Technical Coordination
The 300 ton Boat Lifting Crane project was officially confirmed on October 16, 2025.
During production, the customer closely monitored manufacturing progress, especially welding quality, hydraulic system assembly, and electrical control details. We regularly shared production photos, testing videos, and factory inspection reports to keep the project transparent.
Since the equipment would also support future overseas port projects in Oman, the customer requested international-standard electrical components and easier spare parts replacement. Our engineers adjusted the electrical configuration and marine crane control system according to their requirements.
Before shipment, the mobile Boat Lifting Crane completed full-load testing, hydraulic synchronization inspection, and operational safety checks in our factory.

Final Project Outcome
The customized Boat Lifting Crane was completed according to schedule and prepared for shipment successfully. The customer appreciated the fast communication, technical support, and flexible customization throughout the project.
For this Guyana marine engineering company, the 300 ton Boat Lifting Crane was not only a lifting machine for yacht handling. It also became part of their long-term expansion strategy in marina services, dry dock projects, port construction, and offshore engineering operations.
As their business continues to grow across the Caribbean and Middle East marine infrastructure market, the project has created strong potential for future cooperation in marine lifting equipment, travel lift systems, boat hoists, and heavy-duty port handling solutions.
