In March 2025, Weihua Group successfully delivered and commissioned five 320-ton YZLadle Overhead Crane for Steel Mill manufacturing enterprise in Hebei Province. This included three 320/80/15t-25m ladle cranes and two 320/80/15t-31m ladle cranes.

Ladle cranes are primarily used for lifting and transferring high-temperature molten steel across different areas, and are core critical equipment in the steelmaking production line, requiring extremely high levels of safety, stability, and continuous operation capabilities.

Upon receiving the inquiry, the Weihua technical team immediately visited the customer’s production workshop to conduct on-site inspection and working condition assessment. Based on the actual usage requirements, we customized the 320 Ton YZ Ladle Overhead Crane solution for the customer:

Adopting a four-girder, four-rail bridge-type ladle crane structure to enhance overall rigidity and operational stability.
Optimizing the main hoisting gearbox structure design to enable interchangeable trolley wheels, improving maintenance efficiency.
Optimizing the four-wheel drive system layout; the overall design meets the requirements of heavy-duty working conditions in high-temperature metallurgical environments.
